4 small full chicken breasts (skin on or skin off & sliced) .
400F g cannellini beans, drained .
1/2 c chicken stock .
1/2 c white wine .
1 tbsp paprika
Directions
Step #1 Heat oil In a large-ish pan.
Step #2 Sprinkle top chicken with paprika & fry about 8 min, skin side down or until crisp, Turn chicken over & cook 5 mins (if using sliced chicken just saute till golden) Remove from pan & keep warm.
Step #3 Add onion, garlic & chorizo to pan & cook 5 mins,.
Step #4 Stir in tomatoes, beans stock & wine.
Step #5 Return chicken to pan & bring to the boil, reduce heat & let simmer 2-3 mins, ( a bit longer if you want the sauce reduced more).
Step #6 Spice up to taste if you like.
Step #7 Add lemon juice & parsley & serve.
