Sausalito Sourdoughs Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c mayonnaise .
  • 1/2 c finely sliced celery .
  • 1 (1 7/8 oz) envelope knorr leek soup mix .
  • 1 c grated cheddar cheese .
  • 8 sourdough English muffins, split & toasted .
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce .
  • 1/2 c sour cream .
  • 1 c fresh lump crabmeat, picked over for cartilage & flaked

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat broiler for 10 mins.
  • Step #2 In a bowl, Worcestershire, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, soup mix, celery, cheese, & crabmeat.
  • Step #3 Spread mixture on the muffins; broil until the tops are golden brown.
  • Step #4 Cut each muffin into wedges & serve as soon as possible.
