Cajun Spiced Pecans Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 c pecan halves .
  • tony chachere's creole seasoning, pretend the t & c are capitalized .
  • 3 tbsps A-1 Steak Sauce .
  • 6 dashes Tabasco sauce .
  • 1/2 c butter

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  • Step #2 Melt butter in bowl (microwave); stir in the A-1 & Tabasco.
  • Step #3 Add pecan halves & mix well.
  • Step #4 Pour onto jellyroll pan (cookie sheet with sides) & shake to distribute evenly.
  • Step #5 Bake for 40 to 50 mins in 200 degree oven.
  • Step #6 Stir every 10 mins or so.
  • Step #7 Remove from oven & drain on paper towels.
  • Step #8 Sprinkle top fairly generously with Tony’s Creole Spice uping.
  • Step #9 Cool; store this in airtight container (or ziplock bags ).
