1 (16 oz) can Italian-style sliced tomatoes, drained
1 onion, sliced
1 (4.5 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained

Step #1
Dredge chicken pieces in flour until well coated.
Step #2 Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat & brown coated chicken pieces slowly in hot oil.
Step #3 Meanwhile, mix reserved mushroom liquid with the tomatoes, soy sauce & garlic in a large saucepan & stir this together.
Step #4 Add browned chicken & onion & stir this together; cover saucepan & let simmer over low heat/flame for 45 mins or until chicken is cooked through & tender.
Step #5 Stir in mushrooms & olives & bring all to a boil; serve hot, coating with extra soy sauce if desired.
