Step #18 Place a tent of aluminum foil wrap over the top of the pan (make sure to "tent" the foil wrap because otherwise the top brownie layer will stick to the foil wrap & it wont look good).
Step #19 Bake at 350 degrees covered for 1 hr, remove foil wrap & bake 25-30 mins longer.
Step #20 Place on rack to cool 30 mins.
Step #21 Refrigerate at least 2 hrs or up to 24 hrs.
Step #22 Garnish: Either prepare chocolate mousse mix according to directions using only 1 c milk & spread on top or melt a jar of chocolate frosting for 30 seconds in the microwave & pour over the top (if you do this you'll want to put in the fridge for an extra hr).
Step #23 Once on serving plate garnish with carmel topping, chocolate shavings & sliced peanuts.
