• 3 tbsps melted butter or margarine .
• 1/2 tsp salt .
• 1 1/3 c baker's angel flake coconut .
• 1 egg, well beaten .
• 1 dash pepper .
• 6 pork chops, 1 inch thick .
• 1/2 c seasoned bread crumbs

• Step #1 Mix coconut with bread crumbs.
• Step #2 Mix eggs with salt & pepper.
• Step #3 Dip chops in egg; coat with coconut mixture.
• Step #4 Place in shallow baking pan; drizzle with melted butter.
• Step #5 Bake at 400F degrees for 30 mins; turn chops & bake 20 mins longer.
