Ingredients
  • 1 (16 oz) package frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 lb processed cheese food (eg. Velveeta)
  • 2 (10.75 oz) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c sliced onion
  • 2 c sliced celery
  • 2 quarts water
  • 2 c sliced potatoes

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large saucepan, potatoes, mix the water, onions & celery.
  • Step #2 Bring to a boil & then reduce heat to low.
  • Step #3 Simmer for 20 mins.
  • Step #4 Add frozen vegetables & let simmer 10 more mins.
  • Step #5 Add the cans of soup & the cheese & cook slowly, until the cheese melts.
  • Step #6 .
