Just 1 Dozen Easy Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

3 (48 g) envelopes instant maple & brown sugar oatmeal or instant apple & cinnamon oatmeal (but any flavor should work) .
1/2 c margarine .
1/2 tsp baking soda .
1/2 c all-purpose flour .
1/4 c sugar

Directions

Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step #2 Lightly spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
Step #3 In a medium bowl, mix all of the ingredients together.
Step #4 Using your hands, roll dough into 12 balls, flatten each one slightly & place them on a baking sheet.
Step #5 Bake for about 15 mins.
Step #6 Remove from oven & let sit for 5 mins before placing cookies on a wire rack to cool.
