Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps taco seasoning .
  • 1 tbsp onion powder .
  • 1 tsp season pepper .
  • 4 c flour .
  • 1 tsp oregano .
  • 2 tbsps parsley flakes .
  • 2 tsps garlic powder .
  • 2 tsps chili powder .
  • 1 tsp sweet basil .
  • 1 tsp curry (or more) .
  • 2 tsps cayenne pepper .
  • 1 c all-bran cereal, crushed

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix all together & use for coating any & all types of meat.
  • Step #2 I use a large size ZipLoc & just keep it in the freezer.
  • Step #3 You can add more of the cayenne & chili powder if you so desire.
  • Step #4 I usually just throw in what I have at the time I make it so it is never the same twice.
  • Step #5 It is a great all.
  • Step #6 round coating.
