Muesli With Yogurt And Cashews Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3-5 dates, sliced .
  • 1/3 c soy yogurt (any flavour, but peach is especially good here) .
  • 1/2 c soy milk .
  • 1/3 c blueberries, fresh or frozen blueberries .
  • 1/2 c rolled oats .
  • 2 tbsps cashew pieces

Directions
  • Step #1 All amounts are approximate- play with it to your tongue's content! Combine oats, soymilk & dates in a bowl & put in the fridge overnight.
  • Step #2 If using frozen berries, add them too.
  • Step #3 In the morning, stir up the oaty mixture.
  • Step #4 (Add other sliced fruits or berries if you wish- I've tried wild strawberries & kiwi, both are delish).
  • Step #5 add several dollops of soygurt.
  • Step #6 sprinkle with cashews.
