Step #1 In a small bowl mix the four & baking powder; set aside.
Step #2 In a large bowl mix he eggs, sugar, & vanilla & mix well.
Step #3 In a small pan melt the butter over low heat/flame, & stir in the the cocoa, chocolate bits, & cold coffee.
Step #4 Add the flour alternately with the chocolate mixture to the egg mixture stirring just till mixed each time; don't overmix.
Step #5 Spoon into paper-lined muffin tins that have been lightly sprayed with cooking spray (they tend to stick).
Step #6 Sprinkle top muffins with the sliced nuts.
Step #7 350 degrees for about 20 mins.
