Step #1 Preheat oven to 375°F.
Step #2 Cream butter & add sugar & egg yolks, mixing until well mixd.
Step #3 Add graham craker crumbs, salt, baking powder, milk, cocoa, vanilla extract; mix well.
Step #4 Beat egg whites until stiff & fold into mixture.
Step #5 Pour batter into two greased & floured 9 inch round pans.
Step #6 Bake 25-30 mins.
Step #7 Cool slightly.
Step #8 Turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Step #9 Combine the cream & sugar in a small saucepan & heat to a boil.
Step #10 Pour the hot mixture over the chocolate & butter in a medium bowl.
Step #11 Stir until completely melted & smooth.
Step #12 Serve warm over cake.
