Quick & Easy Yummy Chicken Tacos Recipe

Ingredients
  • sliced lettuce, for serving .
  • salsa, for serving .
  • sliced tomatoes, for serving .
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz) sliced green chilies .
  • 10-12 large taco shells or flour tortillas (or 24 small ones) .
  • 1 whole rotisserie-cooked chicken .
  • sour cream, for serving .
  • 3 corn on the cob (0r 6 Lil' Nibblers Corn) .
  • 1 (19 oz) can las palmas red chili sauce (or other brand enchilada sauce) .
  • shredded cheese, for serving

Directions
  • Step #1 Separate chicken meat from bones & skin.
  • Step #2 Shred or chop meat.
  • Step #3 Add to hot skillet with the can of Red Chile sauce & can of Green Chiles.
  • Step #4 Heat over medium/low heat until hot throughout.
  • Step #5 While the chicken is heating, cut corn off the cob & add to a second heated skillet using only cooking spray.
  • Step #6 Cook over med-heat/flame until corn is hot.
