Ingredients
  • 4 lbs country-style pork ribs .
  • 1 large onion, sliced .
  • 1 lemon, sliced .
  • 1 (16 oz) jar barbecue sauce

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 400°.
  • Step #2 Slice onion & lemon.
  • Step #3 Place ribs in 9x12-inch baking dish.
  • Step #4 Place onion slices on each rib.
  • Step #5 Place a lemon slice on each rib.
  • Step #6 Bake ribs at 400° for 1/2 hr.
  • Step #7 Remove lemon slices & pour (or brush) barbecue sauce over ribs.
  • Step #8 Reduce heat to 350° & cook for one hr, basting every 15 min.
