- 1 large onion, sliced .
- 1 lemon, sliced .
- 1 (16 oz) jar barbecue sauce
Directions
- Step #1 Preheat oven to 400°.
- Step #2 Slice onion & lemon.
- Step #3 Place ribs in 9x12-inch baking dish.
- Step #4 Place onion slices on each rib.
- Step #5 Place a lemon slice on each rib.
- Step #6 Bake ribs at 400° for 1/2 hr.
- Step #7 Remove lemon slices & pour (or brush) barbecue sauce over ribs.
- Step #8 Reduce heat to 350° & cook for one hr, basting every 15 min.
