Ingredients
  • 1/2 (4.5 oz) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 c baby carrots, halved
  • 2 (14.5 oz) cans chicken broth
  • 2 potatoes, peeled & cubed

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large saucepan over medium high heat, carrots & potatoes & let simmer for 20 mins, mix the chicken stock, or until potatoes are tender.
  • Step #2 Add the mushrooms & let simmer for 5 more mins.
