Step #1 Combine first 3 ingredients, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Step #2 Stir in lemon juice.
Step #3 Beat whipping cream at medium speed with an electric mixer just until thickened, fold into milk mixture.
Step #4 Fold in pineapple.
Step #5 Pour pineapple mixture into freezer conatainer of a 1-gallon hand turned or electric freezer.
Step #6 Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
Step #7 Pack freezer with extra ice & rock salt & let this stand 1 hr before serving.
