Sauteed Catfish In Garlic And Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c sliced mushrooms .
2 catfish fillets .
1 tsp pepper .
1 garlic clove .
1 tsp salt .
2 tbsps olive oil .
1 tsp garlic salt .
1 lemon

Directions

Step #1 Prepare catfish fillets by squeezing lemon on the & the salt & the pepper,.
Step #2 preheat the skillet,.
Step #3 pour the minced garlic in the skillet & saute until slightly brown, then lay the fillets on the skillet & cook this until slight brown also, then pour the mushrooms in also, pour the garlic & the mushrooms over & cover for about 5 mins.
Step #4 serve & enjoy.
