Step #1 Cook the lobster about 18 mins & put on platter to cool & collect the lobster juice; save.
Step #2 Dice & fry the bacon & set aside; saving grease.
Step #3 Slice the onions & put in pan with the bacon grease & the butter; cook till almost done; add the water part of which is the reserved lobster liquid.
Step #4 Lay the haddock on top of the onion; cover & steam till haddock is done.
Step #5 Add the sliced potatoes & steam till almost done.
Step #6 Add the salt & pepper.
Step #7 Stir carefully.
Step #8 Add the milk; simmer BUT DO NOT BOIL for about 20 mins.
