Cowboy Mexican Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 12 beef tamales, husked & mashed
  • 1 (1 lb) loaf processed cheese, cubed
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can sliced tomatoes & green chiles
  • 1 (15 oz) can chili without beans

Directions
  • Step #1 Place the tamales, sliced tomatoes, chili, & processed cheese into a slow cooker.
  • Step #2 Set heat on high, & cook, stirring every once in awhile until cheese is melted.
  • Step #3 Reduce heat to low to keep the dip warm while serving.
  • Step #4 Serve with corn chips or tortilla chips.
