Ingredients
  • 32 oz milk chocolate, grated
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 c hot water
  • 1 1/4 c heavy cream
  • 1 tsp white sugar
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee powder

Directions
  • Step #1 In a saucepan over med-heat/flame, melt the chocolate with the heavy cream.
  • Step #2 Mix in the instant coffee, sugar, vanilla extract, & hot water.
  • Step #3 Continue to heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture is smooth.
