Lobster And Asparagus Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 c chicken broth .
  • 2 lbs asparagus spears, snapped into 2 inch pieces .
  • 1/4 c flour .
  • 1 lb brie cheese, cut into 1/4 inch cubes .
  • 1 c parmesan cheese, shredded .
  • 1 c tomatoes, sliced .
  • 2 1/2 c cooked lobster tails, sliced .
  • 1/4 c sherry wine .
  • 1 (9 oz) package no-boil lasagna noodles .
  • 1/4 c butter .
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
  • Step #2 Butter a 3 quart lasagna dish.
  • Step #3 Soak lasagna noodles for 15 mins in hot water.
  • Step #4 Lightly steam asparagus-4 to 5 mins.
  • Step #5 In a medium saucepan over med-heat/flame melt butter.
  • Step #6 You want it light brown, about 5 mins.
  • Step #7 Reduce to low & stir in the chicken broth & brie cheese.
  • Step #8 Stir until cheese is melted.
  • Step #9 Whisk in sherry, flour & white pepper.
  • Step #10 Place 1/3 of the lasagna noodles on bottom of dish.
  • Step #11 Cover up with 1/3 of cheese sauce, half of the asparagus, half of the lobster, 1/3 of the Parmesan cheese.
  • Step #12 Repeat layers.
  • Step #13 Top with tomatoes, sauce & remaining Parmesan cheese.
  • Step #14 Cover up with foil wrap & bake for 20 mins.
  • Step #15 Uncover & bake for 10 mins.
  • Step #16 Serve.
