Step #2 In boiling salted water, & leeks until chicken is fully cooked & vegetables are tender, broccoli, celery, simmer chicken tenderloins, carrots, but still firm (about 15 mins).
Step #3 Drain well & set aside.
Step #4 In a medium sized skillet, melt butter & add flour.
Step #5 Cook for 5 mins & add milk or half-and-half.
Step #6 Bring to a boil & let simmer until thickened (about 10 mins).
Step #7 Dissolve chicken bouillon cubes in 1/4 c warm water & add to sauce.
Step #8 Blend in grated Parmesan che3ese & remove this from heat.
