barbecue sauce (Bullseye Hickory Smoke is what I use) .
ranch dressing
Directions
Step #1 Put ground meat in mixing bowl (I've found that it's easiest to form the ground meat into the shape of the bowl).
Step #2 Add the egg, & spread a thin layer of bread crumbs (enough to JUST cover the meat).
Step #3 Do the same with all of the rest of the seasonings (season salt, garlic, parsley, onion, McCormick Spice uping).
Step #4 Be sure to only put a LIGHT layer of spices.
Step #5 (You can always add a little more if you need to).
Step #6 I don't measure my BBQ sauce or the Ranch Dressing, but I only pour enough to make a straight line across the bowl (If I had to measure I'd say MAYBE an eighth of a c).
Step #7 Add your tobasco, & mix all together.
Step #8 If your mixture isn't quite firm enough, add a little more bread crumbs).
Step #9 Your mixture should be a little moist, but not so that it sticks to your hands.
Step #10 Form into pattys & throw on the grill.
Step #11 Cook to desired temperature I normally let mine on med for about 15 mins & they are thoroughally cooked & just right.
