Pineapple Frosted Pound Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (8 oz) carton frozen whipped topping (thawed) .
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz) package vanilla instant pudding mix .
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple in juice (undrained) .
  • 1 (16 oz) package butter lb cake

Directions
  • Step #1 In a mixing bowl put the whole can of pineapple, juice & all, & stir in the the pudding.
  • Step #2 Make sure that it is mixed well.
  • Step #3 Stir in the whipped topping; let this stand for 5 mins.
  • Step #4 Slice cake in half lengthwise--two layers.
  • Step #5 Spread half on bottom layer.
  • Step #6 Put top on & spread rest on the cake.
  • Step #7 OR: Mix the frosting & don't frost the cake but put big dollops of frosting on each slice served.
