Step #1 Combine all ingredients except chicken in 9x13 deep cake pan or casserole, mixing each ingredient as it is added.
Step #2 Add chicken to mixture, mixing well, making sure all pieces are well coated
Press chicken firmly in pan, allowing ingredient mixture to cover all pieces of chicken.
Step #3 Cover up & put in the fridge for up to 2-24 hrs.
Step #4 Bake covered @ 375 for one hr.
Step #5 Remove cover & bake @ 400F for 30 extra mins.
Step #6 Mix well after removing from oven, drain, & serve hot, with red beans & rice.
