• 1/3 c sugar .
• 3/4 c Applejack or apple brandy .
• 2 c milk .
• 2 eggs .
• 1 dash salt .
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon .
• ground cinnamon, for sprinkling .
• 3 c half-and-half

• Step #1 Beat the eggs with the half-and-half & milk In a large-ish saucepan.
• Step #2 Add the sugar, cinnamon, & salt.
• Step #3 Cook over med-heat/flame for 10 mins, or until the mixture is hot & thick, stirring constantly.
• Step #4 Remove from the heat & add the apple brandy.
• Step #5 Pour or ladle into mugs or c & dust with cinnamon & serve warm.
