Turkey Veggie Burgers With Avocado Mayo Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 large avocado .
  • 1-1 1/2 lb ground turkey .
  • 1 1/4 oz vegetable soup mix (1 package) .
  • 1/4 c breadcrumbs .
  • 1 egg

Directions
  • Step #1 Avocado Mayo:.
  • Step #2 1 large or 2 small avocados.
  • Step #3 1/2 c mayonnaise.
  • Step #4 1 garlic clove, pressed.
  • Step #5 1 tbsp lemon juice.
  • Step #6 2 tbsps sliced fresh basil.
  • Step #7 Peel avocados, & mash in a small bowl; stir in the mayonnaise & remaining ingredients.
  • Step #8 Cover up & chill in the fridge.
  • Step #9 Makes about 1 1/2 c.
  • Step #10 Burgers:.
  • Step #11 Mix turkey, egg, breadcrumbs & vegatable soup mix together in large bowl.
  • Step #12 I usually let sit for at least 30 mins to allow the meat to absorb the veggies.
  • Step #13 Form into patties & cook on medium-high for about 7 mins on each side.
  • Step #14 Add thinly sliced red onions, tomatoes, sprouts & any other toppings you like to the burgers & enjoy.
