Crispy Pork Chops Recipe

Step #1 This recipe is pictured with fauxtaters.
Step #2 The recipe can also be found in my public recipes.
Step #3 In a bowl large enough to manouver the porkchops - mix the egg, oregano, tobasco, mustard, salt & pepper.
Step #4 Wisk until nice & frothy.
Step #5 In a separage bowl have ready the crushed breakfast cereal.
Step #6 Set aside until ready to cook.
Step #7 In a frying pan heat approximatey 1/2 inch deep oil.
Step #8 Put your chops between a couple of sheets of plastic wrap & beat them until they are half as thick.
Step #9 Dredge the chops in the egg mixture then coat them with cereal.
Step #10 Gently lay in the hot oil & cook for 4- 5 mins on each side.
Step #11 Let rest on paper towel to absorb excess oil for approximately 3 mins.
Step #12 Slice & serve for presentation or serve whole.
