Chicken Curry Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 tbsps butter .
  • 1 tbsp ground ginger .
  • 1 tbsp chili powder .
  • 2 onions, minced .
  • 1 c hot water .
  • 4 chicken breasts, cut into small pieces .
  • 1 c heavy cream .
  • salt, to taste .
  • white rice .
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced .
  • 1 tbsp turmeric .
  • 1 tbsp cumin

Directions
  • Step #1 Saute chicken pieces in butter until golden brown.
  • Step #2 Remove chicken & set aside.
  • Step #3 In same pan, garlic & all remaining condiments for 2-3 mins, carefully saute onions, stirring constantly.
  • Step #4 Place chicken parts in sauce.
  • Step #5 Add hot water & heavy cream.
  • Step #6 Simmer until chicken is tender & sauce is reduced to about half the original amount.
  • Step #7 Serve over white rice.
