Macaroon Tartlet Cases Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c sugar .
  • 2 egg whites .
  • 2 c desiccated coconut

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat your oven to 180 degrees (centigrade).
  • Step #2 Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl until well mixd.
  • Step #3 Use wet hands to press mixture into greased patty pans.
  • Step #4 The mixture should make approx at least 10 tartlet shells.
  • Step #5 Bake 10 mins, or until a light golden colour.
  • Step #6 Cool 5 mins in trays & then carefully remove to a wire rack.
  • Step #7 Store in airtight containers.
