Ingredients
1/2 c sugar .
2 egg whites .
2 c desiccated coconut
Directions
Step #1 Preheat your oven to 180 degrees (centigrade).
Step #2 Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl until well mixd.
Step #3 Use wet hands to press mixture into greased patty pans.
Step #4 The mixture should make approx at least 10 tartlet shells.
Step #5 Bake 10 mins, or until a light golden colour.
Step #6 Cool 5 mins in trays & then carefully remove to a wire rack.
Step #7 Store in airtight containers.
