Healthy And Delicious Buckwheat Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 1 c water .
  • 1 egg, beaten .
  • 1/2 c vegetable oil or 1/4 c applesauce .
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder .
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon .
  • 1/2 c whole wheat flour .
  • 1/2 c buckwheat flour .
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions
  • Step #1 In a medium bowl, mix together first six ingredients.
  • Step #2 Add in water, oil/applesauce & vanilla.
  • Step #3 Mix until smooth.
  • Step #4 Pour ½ c fulls onto medium heated skillet.
  • Step #5 When edges are set, slide spatula under & flip pancake.
  • Step #6 Continue to cook this until set, about 2 mins.
  • Step #7 Serve with sugar-free syrup & fresh or frozen berries.
