Corn Vegetagle Medley Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c milk .
  • 2 c sliced carrots .
  • 2 c cauliflower florets .
  • 2 c broccoli florets .
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of corn soup .
  • 1/2 c cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)

Directions
  • Step #1 In a saucepan, heat the soup & milk to boiling, stirring often.
  • Step #2 Stir in the vegetables, & return to boiling.
  • Step #3 Cover up & cook over low heat/flame about 20 mins, or until vegetables are tender, stirring often.
  • Step #4 If using the cheddar cheese, stir it in & heat through.
