French Flamme. Bacon- Cheese Pizza/pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 200 g lardons or Canadian bacon, slices .
  • 4 onions .
  • 230 g puff pastry .
  • pepper .
  • 6 tbsps fromage blanc

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven 200°C.
  • Step #2 Put the puff pastry sheet on wax paper, on a cookie sheet or pizza pan (i don't know how to say that in english, sorry).
  • Step #3 Spread le fromage blanc (don't use too much, you don't want it to overflow, so maybe you'll need less than 6 tbsps).
  • Step #4 Bake the lardons or canadian bacon slices, with the onions, in a skillet, until crispy (bacon) & tender (onion).
  • Step #5 Spread the onion mixture over fromage blanc, & add some pepper.
  • Step #6 Bake for 10 or 15 mins, until dough is golden.
  • Step #7 Enjoy it with some salad :).
