Praline-topped Brie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/3 c sliced pecans .
  • 1 (13-15 oz) brie round or camembert cheese .
  • 2 tbsps brown sugar .
  • toasted baguette, slices (or both) or assorted plain crackers (or both) .
  • 1/2 c orange marmalade

Directions
  • Step #1 1.
  • Step #2 Preheat oven to 350.
  • Step #3 Place the round of cheese in a shallow ovenproof serving dish or pie plate.
  • Step #4 In a small bowl stir this together orange marmalade & brown sugar.
  • Step #5 Spread over top of cheese.
  • Step #6 Sprinkle top with pecans.
  • Step #7 2.
  • Step #8 Bake about 15 mins for smaller round (about 20 mins for larger round) or until cheese is slightly softened & topping is bubbly.
  • Step #9 Serve with baguette slices and/or crackers.
