Step #1 In a small bowl whisk together the eggs, salt, & pepper.
Step #2 Melt 1 tbsp of the butter In a large-ish nonstick skillet over med-heat/flame.
Step #3 Pour in the eggs & scramble until cooked through.
Step #4 Divide the eggs among the bottom halves of the rolls.
Step #5 Add the prosciutto & cheese & sandwich with the tops of the rolls.
Step #6 Melt the remaining butter in a grill pan or large nonstick skillet over med-heat/flame.
Step #7 Add half the sandwiches to the skillet.
Step #8 Cook, until the cheese has melted & the bread is golden, pressing frequently with the back of a spatula or placing another pan on top of the sandwiches to weigh them down, 4 to 6 mins.
