Step #1 Preheat oven to 425F degrees.
Step #2 Grease an oven safe dish with butter.
Step #3 Mix both soups, broth, milk, water & onion in a mixing bowl & set aside.
Step #4 Spice up chicken with salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste.
Step #5 Evenly spread rice into baking dish.
Step #6 Pour soup mixture over rice as evenly as possible.
Step #7 Place chicken into pan & cover.
Step #8 Bake in oven for 45 mins or until chicken is no longer pink in the thickest part.
Step #9 Let dish stand for 3 mins to allow sauce to thicken.
Step #10 While dish is standing, top each chicken piece with shredded cheese & salsa.
