Herbed Goat Cheese Appetizer Recipe

Directions

Step #1 Soak the sundried tomatoes in the wine for 30 mins or overnight for best results.
Step #2 Mix the goat & cream cheeses together in a bowl, mixing well.
Step #3 Remove the sundried tomatoes, chop them fine, & discard the wine.
Step #4 Add to cheese mixture.
Step #5 Add all other ingredients.
Step #6 Mix very well until evenly mixed.
Step #7 Cover up & put in the fridge until ready to use.
Step #8 To serve in a puff pastry shell, bake the shells according to the package instructions.
Step #9 Cool them to about room temp.
Step #10 Place a scoop of the herbed goat cheese mix into each pastry shell.
Step #11 Return the shells to the oven & bake this at 350°F for 10 mins to just warm them.
Step #12 Best served warm with a knife to spread the herbed cheese onto pieces of the pastry.
