Party Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

1 (32 oz) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, cube style, not shredded (Do NOT thaw) .
16 oz light sour cream .
2 c cheddar cheese, shredded .
1/4 c butter .
breadcrumbs or crushed crackers or corn flakes, to taste .
10 oz cream of mushroom soup (lite soup ok)

Directions

Step #1 Spray 9 x 11 baking dish with cooking spray.
Step #2 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step #3 Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs in a very large bowl.
Step #4 Pour into baking dish & top this with bread crumbs, crackers or cornflakes.
Step #5 Bake for one hr.
