Ingredients
  • 12 oz Roquefort cheese, crumbled (about 3 c) .
  • 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce .
  • 1/4 c water .
  • 1/2 c plain yogurt .
  • 4 romaine lettuce hearts, quartered lengthwise .
  • 4 oz pecan halves, toasted, coarsely sliced .
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise

Directions
  • Step #1 Blend 6 oz cheese, mayonnaise, & yogurt in processor.
  • Step #2 Add 1/4 c water & hot pepper sauce; mix until smooth.
  • Step #3 Spice up with salt & pepper.
  • Step #4 (Can be made 1 day ahead.
  • Step #5 Cover up; chill in the fridge.
