Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 tsps salt .
  • 1 lb ground beef .
  • 1 tsp cumin .
  • 1 tbsp chili powder .
  • 1 tsp pepper .
  • 3 tbsps flour .
  • 1/4 c water .
  • 1 c sliced tomatoes or 3/4 c tomato sauce .
  • 1 c onions, sliced .
  • 1 garlic clove, sliced fine

Directions
  • Step #1 Fry meat with water until half cooked.
  • Step #2 Sprinkle top flour over meat till mixed.
  • Step #3 Add sliced onion, sliced garlic, cumin, tomato, chili powder, salt, pepper & mix.
  • Step #4 Cover up & cook for 10 mins.
