Best Chunky Chili! Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (12 oz) can tomato sauce .
  • 1 (11 oz) can dark red kidney beans, not drained .
  • 2 tbsps ground black pepper .
  • 2 red peppers .
  • 2 medium onions .
  • 1/8 c Frank's red hot sauce .
  • 2 lbs ground beef .
  • 3 green peppers .
  • 1 tsp salt .
  • 1 (28 oz) can whole tomatoes, not drained .
  • 1 (11 oz) can black beans, not drained .
  • 1 tbsp chili powder .
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz) packet McCormick mild chili seasoning

Directions
  • Step #1 Using a large covered stock pot Brown the ground beef.
  • Step #2 Drain the fat.
  • Step #3 Chop onion & peppers to a large dice about 1/2 an inch big.
  • Step #4 Cut the tomatoes so that they are chunky also.
  • Step #5 Add all ingredients to pot with beef.
  • Step #6 If chili looks too thick add a c of water to pot.
  • Step #7 Mix together & Simmer covered (stirring every once in awhile) for about 2 1/2 hrs to 3 hrs.
  • Step #8 Until peppers are soft.
  • Step #9 Add more of the last 4 ingredients to your taste.
  • Step #10 Serve with your fav toppings.
  • Step #11 We like shredded chedder on top.
  • Step #12 Store in containers in fridge or freezer.
