Chocolate Afghans Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 c Weet-Bix .
  • 185 g sifted flour .
  • 220 g butter .
  • 90 g caster sugar .
  • 1 tbsp sifted cocoa

Directions
  • Step #1 Cream the butter & sugar until light & fluffy.
  • Step #2 Add dry ingredients to butter mixture & place tsps of mixture onto greased baking sheets, pressing down slightly with a fork.
  • Step #3 Bake at 180 c for 12- 15 mins.
  • Step #4 Ice with chocoalte icing when cold.
