- 1/4 c butter or margarine .
- 1/2 c Bisquick baking mix .
- 1 1/2 tsps vanilla
Directions
- Step #1 Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Step #2 Grease 9-inch pie plate.
- Step #3 Stir all ingredients until mixed.
- Step #4 Pour into pie plate.
- Step #5 Bake 50 to 55 mins or until golden brown & knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Step #6 Cover up & put in the fridge any remaining pie.
