Spinach-mushroom Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard .
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled .
  • 1/8 tsp fresh ground pepper .
  • 1/4 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced .
  • 3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced .
  • 1 lb fresh spinach .
  • 1/3 c sugar .
  • 3 tbsps vinegar .
  • 1/4 tsp salt .
  • 1/2 c vegetable oil .
  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Remove stems from spinach; wash leaves thoroughly, & pat dry.
  • Step #2 Tear into bite-size pieces.
  • Step #3 Combine spinach, mushrooms, eggs, & green onions In a large-ish bowl.
  • Step #4 Combine oil, sugar, vinegar, & seasonings in a jar.
  • Step #5 Cover up tightly, & shake vigorously.
  • Step #6 Top spinach mixture with dressing just before serving.
  • Step #7 Sprinkle top bacon over top.
