Ingredients
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper .
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger .
  • 1 tbsp chili powder .
  • 5 tbsps coriander .
  • 2 tbsps fenugreek seeds .
  • 2 tbsps turmeric .
  • 1/2 tbsp asafetida powder .
  • 1/2 tbsp mustard powder .
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon .
  • 2 tbsps garlic powder .
  • 2 tbsps paprika .
  • 5 tbsps cumin

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix the spices together.
  • Step #2 Fry 75 grams of butter in a frying pan.
  • Step #3 Use 2 tbsp only (for a 4 person meal) of the curry masala & mix with water so that the mixture sluggishly drips off a spoon.
  • Step #4 Add the curry paste to the melted butter & cook on a high heat for 2 mins; keep stirring.
  • Step #5 After this time, the paste is now ready & you can add meat, poultry or fish depending upon the curry you wish to make.
