Chocolate Biscuit Ice Cream (cookies And Cream) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 egg yolks .
  • 16 fluid oz whipping cream .
  • 12 chocolate sandwich style cookies, coarsly crushed .
  • 4 tsps vanilla essence .
  • 12 fluid oz sweetened condensed milk

Directions
  • Step #1 Line 9x5 inch loaf tin with foil wrap, allowing enough overhang to cover the top.
  • Step #2 In a mixing bowl, whip cream to soft peaks.
  • Step #3 Set aside.
  • Step #4 In another bowl, beat the egg yolks until pale & thick.
  • Step #5 Stir in condensed milk & vanilla.
  • Step #6 Fold in biscuits & cream.
  • Step #7 Pour into the prepared loaf pan & cover.
  • Step #8 Freeze for 6 hrs.
  • Step #9 Remove from loaf pan & slice thinly to serve.
