Mediterranean Tuna Pasta Sauce W Buckwheat Noodles Recipe

Ingredients

1 large onion, sliced .
1 (425 g) can tuna in water (retain water) .
1 stalk celery, sliced .
2 garlic cloves, crushed .
1/2 tsp mixed herbs .
1/2 tsp salt .
1 (440 g) can tomatoes, sliced .
1 tbsp black olives, sliced .
1 tsp capers (optional) .
1 medium zucchini .
1 tbsp olive oil .
1 tbsp tomato paste

Directions

Step #1 Dice onion, celery & zuchini & soften in olive oil.
Step #2 Add garlic & herbs & rest of ingredients.
Step #3 Simmer carefully for 10-15 mins & thicken with a little cornstarch so liquid sticks to the pasta.
