Crustless Pumpkin Pie Made With Tofu (no Milk Or Eggs) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger .
  • 1/4 tsp allspice .
  • 1 (16 oz) can pumpkin puree or fresh pumpkin puree .
  • 2 tsps ground cinnamon .
  • 1/4 c Splenda sugar substitute .
  • 1 (10 oz) package soft tofu, do not use low fat .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 1/2 c brown sugar .
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 425°F Cream the tofu, pumpkin & sugar in a food processor/blender; add salt & spices, & mix thoroughly.
  • Step #2 Pour mixture into pie shell & bake for 15 mins.
  • Step #3 Lower heat to 350 F & bake for another 40 mins.
  • Step #4 Chill & serve.
