Chocolate Brownie Crust Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps sugar
  • 2 tbsps butter or stick margarine, melted
  • 1 1/4 c reduced fat chocolate wafer crumbs
  • 1 egg white

Directions
  • Step #1 In a food processor/blender, mix wafer crumbs, sugar & butter; pulse until mixed.
  • Step #2 Add egg white; pulse until moistened.
  • Step #3 Press mixture onto the bottom & up the sides of a 9-in.
  • Step #4 pie plate.
  • Step #5 Bake at 375 degrees F for 8-10 mins or until lightly browned.
  • Step #6 Cool completely before filling.
