Step #1 Coat steaks with vegetable oil, but shaking in plastic bag.
Step #2 Spice up steaks with salt & pepper.
Step #3 Place steaks in hot, large skillet (over medium high heat).
Step #4 Sear steaks, 3 mins per side, then reduce heat to medium.
Step #5 Cook steaks until desired doneness, about 5 mins for per side for medium.
Step #6 Put steaks on serving platter & keep warm.
Step #7 Stir flour into dripping left in pan & stir in the beef broth.
Step #8 Stirring continuously, cook this until slightly thickened (approx 3 mins).
Step #9 Stir in remaining ingrediets, then drizzle sauce over the steaks.
